Frank Sebaziga oversees the delivery of assurance and advisory services across Africa and Asia, including Rwanda, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Nigeria, Guinea-Bissau, and São Tomé & Príncipe. With over 18 years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial management, and consultancy services, he leads cross-border advisory and assurance engagements that drive organisational growth and strengthen financial integrity.

He previously served in leadership roles in both the private and public sectors through his appointments at Ernst & Young Rwanda and Senior Internal Auditor at MTN Rwanda, one of Africa’s leading telecommunications companies.

Frank is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR). He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Sciences from the University of Rwanda.
