Emmanuel Muwazi

Emmanuel Muwazi brings more than 25 years of leadership in assurance and advisory services, guiding high-impact public sector projects across Africa, Asia and Europe. As Team Leader at Edes & Associates, he oversees project delivery, quality control, and client relationship management, ensuring consistent, and results-drirven outcomes for clients.

Prior to founding Edes & Associates, Emmanuel spent over six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he led multiple engagement teams providing audit and advisory services in both the private and public sectors. Within PwC’s Public Sector Group, he specialised in offering financial advisory and assurance services to donor-funded and government-supported programmes across Central and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Emmanuel holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Makerere University, Kampala. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of both the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR).
